- Does my Hitt Hosting plan include Hitt CRM, HR, or SE?
- No. Hitt CRM, Hitt HR, and Hitt SE are separate products with their own pricing at crm.hitthosting.com, hr.hitthosting.com, and se.hitthosting.com. They share the same sign-in if you use the same email, but each carries its own plan.
- Does Hitt Hosting include daily backups?
- Yes, on every paid plan. Backups are taken daily and restore requests can be submitted from the customer portal — our team actions them promptly.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. No contracts on monthly plans, no penalties on annual plans (we prorate the unused months). Your data leaves with you in standard formats.
